Cabinets and flooring and more, Oh My!

We’ve got a bunch of goodies available from condo Lake Hinsdale Village in Willowbrook, IL. You, the buyer, are responsible for removal and transportation, which will need to be done through the service elevator! These items won’t be here for much longer, so let’s get to it!
Here’s what we've got:
Beautiful Oak cabinetry that screams “rental unit”. Actually, they’re in great shape, they’re just not top quality. Cabinets only: $550
Cabinets are all topped with gorgeous off-white quartz countertops, which scream “not rental unit”. Countertop only: $500
A double stainless sink with a nice fixture is the icing on the cake. Sink and fixture only: $100
The whole kitchen shebang; cabinets, countertops, sink and fixtures: $1,000. Such a deal!
Approximately 1700 sq. ft. of Berry Flooring, which is an engineered laminate flooring that snaps into place. No nails or glue required! This stuff is indestructable! But what snaps in must snap out, and removal will no doubt be a snap! (Click here for an installation guide). $2,550 for all flooring
Brushed chrome light fixture: $30
Off white carpeting: $50 for all available
Misc window treatments (some faded parts, but not too bad): $30 for all available

Fabulous cherry kitchen cabinets manufactured by Dura Supreme. They are in outstanding shape! There’s also matching laundry room cabinetry as well. This is going to be one phenomenal score for someone! The owner is remodeling and these cabinets should be available and ready to roll in early September from the home in LaGrange, IL.

We’re starting the bidding off at $3,500 for the kitchen cabinets and $500 for the matching laundry cabinets. You can’t find this quality for less anywhere else! In addition to the cabinets, there’s also a 6 ft mantle available. It measures 52” high and the inside opening is 44” x 36”. Min. bid for the mantle is $100.
